*Updated* My Daily Makeup Routine

When posted the first my daily makeup routine. featuring the beauty products that I use everyday, I realized how old that was. Initially, I first wrote that post back in February and didn't publish it until April(I usually write my blog posts a  month in advance before publishing, so I don't get behind). When the post was published, I realized that I don't really use any of those beauty products anymore. So, here is the current makeup products I use everyday. All of these can be purchased at Sephora or at your local walgreens.

First up is my foundation, this hasn't changed I probably will always use this product. This is Merle Norman Total Finish in Delicate Beige. I love this foundation. it covers everything and the color goes perfect with my medium/tan skin tone. This was the very first foundation I ever used and I've tried almost every brand out there and I always go back to this. It covers every flaw and makes my skin look natural. It's a little tricky to use when you first apply it, you have to dip your sponge in water and then apply it or it will look very thick and caky. I would recommend anyone to try this at your local Merle Norman

This beauty is Urban Decay's Naked Flushed is Native, it contains a bronzer, highlighter, and blush in one compact. I could rave about how much I love this product for days! All 3 look perfect on my skin. The blush is the perfect color of pink for this season, and the bronzer contours perfectly. Like all other Urban Decay products, the packaging is beautiful. I love the hard case and on the inside it comes with a big mirror like the Naked eye shadows. The reason mine looks so crumbly is because my little boys got a hold of it and dropped it.

For my eyeliner i've been using Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Double Ended Eye Pencil in Naked Basics Venus and Crave. This eyeliner is double sided, so you get 2 for 1. On one end is venus, an off white that goes great on my waterline and the other end is crave, a dark brown. I was a little hesitant when I started using this because i've always used black eyeliner but the color crave is so dark that it doesn't look brown at all. I love this eyeliner, it stays on all day, doesn't smudge and it really goes great with my Naked eyeshadow.

For my eyeshadows, I use either the original Naked Palette by Urban Decay or Naked 3 by Urban Decay. I love experimenting with eyeshadows, I like to mix and match colors from the two palettes. I had been using only the naked 3 palette but I bought myself another original Naked palette after I ran out my favorite shades from the first. My favorite shades from the original Naked are, Sin, Sidecar, Half Baked, Toasted and Hustle. My favorite shades from Naked 3 are, Dust, Buzz, Trick, Nooner, Liar, and Blackheart.

If I had to pick my all time favorite mascara, Dior's Diorshow would be it. I've been using this product off and on for years and  I always seem to go back to it. It gives my lashes both volume and length. I've never found a mascara that is perfect but this is hands down the best i've used yet.

Last, but certainly not least is the lip products I use. This changes from day to day depending on my outfit or my mood. I am still using Baby Lips by Maybelline in Pink Punch and Colorsensational The Buffs by Maybelline in Truffle Tease. But i've added 3 new products, Buxom's Lips So Luxe set from Sephora. This set comes with 3 gorgeous shades for spring, first is Buxom's Full On Lip Tarnish lip crayon in Wardrobe Malfunction, next is Buxom's Full Bodied Lip Gloss in Boo-ya and last is Buxom's Full On Lip Cream in Creamsicle. I love all of these shades and I really think they would go perfect with any skin tone. I checked today and the set is still sold out, but if you get the chance to buy this I would definatly recomend it. They are the perfect shades for this season and they do make your lips look a little plumper or poutier.

There it is, the makeup products I use everyday. Let me know what you think, and do you or have you used any of these?

Bare Minerals Beauty and the Beach Review

Last week I cashed in my beauty points on Sephora.com for this lovely sample set by bare minerals. The set is called Beauty and the Beach and it includes 5 pieces for a summer look. The set included marvelous moxie lip gloss in party starter, ready bronzer in the skinny dip, bare minerals ready blush in the natural high, all over face color in pure radiance and a sample of their lash domination mascara . So here is my take on the set: Here it is ladies! Marvelous Moxie lipgloss in Party Starter- this is a darker, coral and peach color. It was very sticky but it lasted for a few hours. It matched the blush perfectly. Ready Blush in The Natural High : This blush is a nice peachy pink color, it looks really shimmery in the package but looks more matte when applied. I loved that the color matched the gloss! Ready Bronzer in The Skinny Dip- I used this to contour and sculpt my face and it turned out beautiful. It matched my skin tone very nicely. Its very similar to t

Best Fragrances of 2017

I am such a Perfume junkie. I change fragrances with clothes, moods, seasons and events. I've always felt like Perfume is a luxury that women should spoil their selves with. I love giving perfumes to my friends, family, co-workers, neighbors(you get the picture). And my favorite gift is always perfume(hint-hint)! Every department store visit, I head to the fragrance counter before I check out anything else to see what's new(Yes fragrance  girl, you can give me a spritz).  Ok, now that  you get the idea of how deep my relationship with perfume is.  2017 has been a great year for the fragrance industry. I thought long and hard and I really can't remember trying a scent that I didn't like. From new releases from beloved favorite brands, Gucci Bloom, Victor & Rolf Magic, Tom Ford Oud Minerale to new fragrences from Diptyque Eau des Sens, Jo Malone London Jade Leaf Tea Cologne, and Atelier Cologne CafĂ© Tuberosa.  It was a struggle to find my top 5 favorite scent
