You know those ads you see on Instagram that say "totally free stuff by mail!", Yeah, I ignore those too. But a beauty guru friend was raving about free makeup she recieved through mail, totally free through Influenster. So of course I had to check it out and the company is very legit and have several opportunities to earn free stuff monthly. And yeah, their is a catch- you have to promote the products sent to you, but isn't that what we do anyways? So after I downloaded the app, I filled out all of my info, connected my social media accounts and in about a week I received my first box. To my surprise the products were full sized and from a company I actually love, L'Oreal Paris. They sent the Color Vibrancy Intensive system to use for color treated hair. So of course I used all products right away and I was very satisfied with the results. Not only did it make my hair much more visably shinier and softer, it brought back life to my color treated hair. This

My idea of a perfect Saturday would be spent at home wrapped up in a good book. My love of books is nothing new, growing up as an only child I had to entertain myself and since I came from a family of readers there's no surprise how easy my love of books began.  Books  allows the reader to travel to places you have never been to. You can vicariously experience situations that you may either only dream of (or loathe). But however which way, Iyou would still gain invaluable insights. Reading also enhances your brain, is a great counseling aid and tool for personal growth, not to mention a wonderful boredom buster.  Ok, enough with my personal reasons for reading. Wow. I look at this old blog from time to time and I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted. So much can change in so little time. So I've decided to revive this blog that I spent so much time on way back. Of course it will still be beauty and style based but since I've grown and my audience has, I'm going to be posting different articles too.
